The Broadmoor Hotel Reservations

The cutoff date for NOIA preferred rate has passed, but you can still make hotel reservations directly with The Broadmoor here.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to September 23 will receive a full refund, less $125 processing fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after September 23 or for no shows.


Broadmoor Transportation is operated exclusively by Gray Line Transportation, offering convenient shuttle service between the Colorado Springs Airport and The Broadmoor. Reservations are required. They will accommodate walk-ups on a space available basis. This shuttle picks up arrivals at the airport until approximately 12:00 a.m., with a reservation. Departures from the hotel start at 4:00 a.m. daily, every 30 minutes.

Your reserved airport service tickets will be available at The Broadmoor Welcome Desk, located in the baggage claim area of the Colorado Springs Airport. Please use the Broadmoor Courtesy Phone if the desk is unattended.

Attire (During NOIA Events)

Resort Wear:

Trousers, collared shirts and dress jeans are acceptable. Shorts, t-shirts, swimwear and exercise attire are considered inappropriate. Resort wear is recommended for Thursday evening. This event will be at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge.

Business Casual:

Trousers, collared shirts and sports jackets are suggested. Jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, sneakers and t-shirts are discouraged. Business Casual is the appropriate attire for NOIA meetings, though a coat and tie is recommended for dinner Wednesday evening.


Perched at 6,100 ft above sea level on the sunny side of the Rockies, The Broadmoor enjoys an arid Alpine climate. On average, the area enjoys over 300 sunny days a year, with virtually no humidity. In October, expect high temperatures of 68 degrees during the day, with lows nearing 40 degrees in the evening.
