The National Ocean Industries Association's government affairs work underpins its ability to represent and advance a dynamic and growing offshore energy industry by engaging policymakers in Washington, D.C. The NOIA Government Affairs Committee broadens the reach and influence of NOIA's policy advocacy with various federal, state, private and non-profit stakeholders.

NOIA is actively engaging policymakers and stakeholders to press the need for continued offshore energy development and has recently testified before the House Natural Resources Committee, the House Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources, and the Department of the Interior Virtual Forum on Federal oil and natural gas leasing.
