NOIA, API and IAGC submit comments on Sperm Whale Recovery Plan

NOIA, the American Petroleum Institute and the International Association of Geophysical Contractors submitted joint comments to the National Marine Fisheries Service on the formulation of a recovery plan for the Sperm whale.
