David Martin was appointed Vice President, Commercial and New Markets for Bristow Group, Inc. in March 2021. In this role, David leads the Company's regional business development and sales teams with a focus on existing Bristow markets as well as a focus on the pursuit of strategic diversification into new markets.
David has wide-ranging experience in the helicopter industry spanning from line and engine maintenance, helicopter aircrew, customer support, sales, and executive roles with aircraft OEMs. David previously served as Bristow's Senior Director of its U.S. and Caribbean Operations since June 2020.
David also worked for Bell Helicopter, where he spent 10 years in various Customer Support and Operations roles. David served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a CH-53 mechanic and enlisted naval aircrewman, David completed his bachelor's degree in Aeronautics at St. Louis University (Cum Laude).
