Howard Foard III is the Director of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Wargame and Exercise Commercial Practice which specializes in stress-testing top Fortune 300/Global 100 companies’ crisis management and cyber incident response capabilities across Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, High Tech and Digital Brands, and other sectors.
Howard has accumulated over 20 years of military, government, and commercial industry experience where he has specialized in preparedness and resiliency training. He holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Virginia and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and ICAgile Professional (ICP). Howard has led consulting projects and wargame and exercise engagements across the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East where he has helped his clients build collaborative approaches for enhancing resiliency from the incident responder and business operator-level to the board room.
Before joining Booz Allen, Howard owned his own consulting practice and was a General Manager for a major retail operation. Howard served as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer and as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Officer; where he served in the 82D Airborne Division and deployed to South Korea where he served as the 2D Infantry Division Joint Security Area Quick Reaction Force Fire Support Officer.
