Dr. Lee Jordan joined GATE in 2002, after having worked in the integrity management and cathodic protection field in Europe and the Middle East after obtaining degrees in mechanical engineering, corrosion science and engineering, and civil engineering. In the years since, he has leveraged his diverse engineering background in a variety of roles, including corrosion engineering and asset integrity management, water injection system design and operation, and scaling and souring prediction and management.
In addition to his technical career progression, he has also previously served as GATE’s Engineering Manager and, later, as its Operations Manager. His strengths include the ability to design fit-for-purpose solutions to technical and operational challenges; the development of programs to operationalize their monitoring, management, and continual improvement; and delivery of the effective communication, training and mentoring strategies that ensure their long-term success.
