Washington, D.C. – The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) appointed 23 industry leaders to its Board of Directors on April 16, 2015 during its Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

In a separate press release yesterday, NOIA announced the election of Cindy B. Taylor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oil States International, Inc., as Chairman of the Board and Kevin McEvoy, Chief Executive Officer of Oceaneering International, Inc., as Vice Chair of the Board. NOIA officers serve three-year terms with the exception of the Chair and Vice Chair, who serve a one-year term.
