Mark de Figueiredo is Team Leader with the EPA’s Climate Change Division. He received his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the School of Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
