On September 9th, President Biden announced employers with one hundred or more employees will have to mandate employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have unvaccinated employees undergo weekly testing. With this new order, employers must also give workers paid leave to get vaccinated or recover from any side effects of getting vaccinated. Employers that don't follow the vaccine mandate or paid leave requirement can face fines of up to $13,653 per violation.
