The Domenici-Landrieu bill, which provides for 37.5 percent in revenue sharing starting in 2017, would be amended under the Vitter-Cassidy bill to start in 2016, one year earlier. It would also increase the $500 million cap to $699 million, starting in 2017, through 2055...
