Tamara Seres Claivaz is Leader of 2021 Global Youth Survey Project of the World Petroleum Council on "Youth Perception of the Oil and Gas industry: Attracting and Retaining Talent", that has become a flagship initiative of the WPC Young Professionals. As member of the WPC Young Professionals Committee, she has led and designed a number of WPC global youth initiatives.
She is currently based in NYC and is engaged in network development for Crowdhelix, a pan-European open innovation platform/network dedicated to facilitating international innovation partnerships among companies and researchers. She had previously worked for the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), one of the largest energy companies in South-East Europe, in a number of positions related to corporate communications, international innovation projects and partnerships management, as well as corporate institutional affairs. She designed and implemented a number of innovation and development projects for the company and the National Petroleum Committee of Serbia (WPC National Committee). Before engaging in the energy industry, she served as a civil servant in the Foreign Policy Team of the President of Serbia.
