OceanGate Delivers an Under-Water View of Rigs to Reefs
NOIA member OceanGate, has released new images from their deep-water submersible vessels showing the exciting world under the sea resulting from the federal Rigs to Reefs program.
A CBS special, aired back in July, showcases OceanGate giving a tour of a decommissioned Black Elk platform already a part of the Rigs to Reef program.
