Vallourec works as a trusted supplier and key partner of oil and gas companies on critical offshore projects. Vallourec USA finished good products combine Vallourec Star seamless pipe threaded with VAM® premium connections. Vallourec Star, Vallourec USA's sister company, is North America's leading producer of OCTG, Line & Standard Pipe, and Coupling Stock for oil and gas applications. It manufactures hot-rolled seamless tubular products in sizes ranging from 2 3/8" – 10 3/4", and is capable to heat treat casing up to 16". Vallourec Star operations in Youngstown, Ohio, Houston, Texas and Muskogee, Oklahoma, are API and ISO 9001 certified, and located to fully serve U.S oil and gas existing and emerging markets.
The North America VAM® threading mills provide customers a complete premium connection portfolio in close proximity to end-users’ operations. The plants staffed with highly skilled personnel and equipped with modern equipment produce tubulars, couplings and accessories for the oil and gas market to the tightest of tolerances demanded by premium connection applications. VAM USA develops and tests connections within its Connection Technology Center, and offers complete technical services and on-site assistance.
The development of innovative premium products is Vallourec’s priority to meet the needs of its offshore oil and gas customers.
