Wind developer eyes another massive project off Massachusetts coast

Deepwater Wind, a privately held developer of wind farms, is aggressively bidding to lease from the federal government an expanse of underwater land off the coasts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island that could eventually support a 1,000-megawatt wind farm.
