Hans has over 15 years of experience with Oceaneering International in subsea systems design and development, project management, offshore operations management, and P&L responsibility for vessel-based deep water projects. He has worked extensively with ROV’s and other subsea robotics systems in support of specialized deep water operations on subsea production equipment, primarily in the Gulf of Mexico.

In his role as Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) Manager for the Subsea Projects Group, he was responsible for planning and execution of complex Brownfield projects from Oceaneering’s fleet of Multi-Purpose Service Vessels (MPSV’s).  These operations included subsea well interventions and hydrate remediation of flow lines.

Hans is currently serving in the role of Technical Representative of OceanNext, an Oceaneering technical group focused on planning complex subsea programs with developing technology, focused on production enhancement, well intervention and decommissioning.

Hans holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
