Monica Bøe is the Vice President for Safety, Security and Sustainability in Exploration and Production International in Equinor. She has held various other leadership positions in Equinor, amongst these VP for Area Development for Operations South in Development and Production Norway, Country Manager in Mexico where she was also a member and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the upstream industry association, AMEXHI, as well as in business development and commercial analysis.
Monica has worked extensively with risk management and government affairs. Monica has worked in Equinor since February 2008 and has a Masters Degree in Comparative Politics and International Relations. Monica is a Norwegian national, and has studied, worked and lived in France, Indonesia, Ecuador, Argentina, the US and Mexico.
