Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is five (5) days prior to arrival with no penalty; 1 night room and tax will apply to early departures.
NOIA Meeting Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by April 4th will receive full refund. Cancellations are non-refundable after April 4th. Please note credit card cancellations are subject to a $125 processing fee.
NOIA Annual Meeting Dress Code
Annual meeting: Business casual attire (jacket with or without tie for men).
Wednesday reception: Cocktail attire

Attendees are required to agree the COVID-19 waiver language before attending the meeting:
I acknowledge that travel and gathering involves risk of illness, including illness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release the National Ocean Industries Association, (NOIA) and its sponsors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at the NOIA Fall Meeting.
I have voluntarily registered to participate in the NOIA Fall Meeting. I understand and acknowledge that my participation at the NOIA Fall Meeting may expose me to one or more persons who are infected with or been exposed to COVID-19. I further understand that NOIA will implement measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 at the Event, and I agree to comply with all of NOIA’s rules, guidelines, and instructions accordingly. Notwithstanding NOIA’s preventative measures and my compliance, I acknowledge that NOIA cannot guarantee that I will not contract COVID-19.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 14 days on the meeting, we require that you do not attend this event.
This waiver and release is binding on me and my heirs and successors.
