Willard Robison has been a part of the SEACOR Marine, LLC team since 2007 where he has had a leadership role in the Personnel, Safety, and Human Resources Departments.
His 37 years of experience in all Managerial aspects of the Maritime industry have enhanced Company processes and have facilitated an environment dedicated to safety.
Mr. Robison serves as the Offshore Marine Service Association (OMSA) Human Resource Chairman and the South Central Industrial Association-Industrial Council on Education’s (SCIA-ICE) Committee Chairman. His collaborative efforts have provided the industry with insight and overview on regulatory and legislative issues regarding vessel inspections, crewing, licensing, safety, and environmental responsibilities. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Offshore Supply Vessel Dynamic Positioning Authority (OSVDPA), which is currently developing an alternative Dynamic Positioning Officer (DPO) certification system.
In 2014, Mr. Robison was awarded the South Central Industrial Association, Tillman Estate Outstanding Member Award for his leadership and dedication.
Mr. Robison serves as SEACOR Marine’s Designated Person Ashore, and is a member of the Prevent Accidents Use Safety Equipment (PAUSE) Steering Committee and Incident Review Committee. He is proficient in both domestic and international Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) requirements.
